I finally saw Disney Pixar's "Up". I regret not seeing it in theaters. Beautiful, heart-warming movie that makes me love Pixar even more.

The Young Victoria

     I believe movies have the potential to be something more than entertainment. This film amazed me. Everything about it was elegance and so human. The atmosphere and the perfectly-cast characters made it a beautiful story but most of all believable. Every scene is a jewel.

Main Dining Room

Intro to Historic Preservation: required a visit to two local house museums. The photograph above is a room from slave quarters from the Aiken Rhett house. They decided to preserve the site rather than restore it. Its one of the most haunting and beautiful places I've ever seen. Experiences like this expand my definition of beauty.
